1. Order Processing
· Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
· Custom or made-to-order pieces may take additional time.
· You will be intimated via email about the tracking details of your order once your order is shipped. In case of any delays in processing your order, we will intimate you and inform you regarding possible delays.
· You can use the tracking URL to live track your order.
2. Shipping Time & Rates
· We currently ship within India and internationally.
3. For Domestic Delivery
· All Paid Orders will be processed within 24-48 working days.
· www.gemofu.com should not be held responsible for any delivery delay due to holiday/other circumstances during the transit
· The date of delivery is only Tentative and subject to vary due to various external factors
· Any interior location additional delivery charge levied by the courier company is to be borne by the customer.
· Any follow up with respect to the parcel has to be done by the customer; however necessary guidance and support will be given from our side.
· Items booking or rejection is completely upon the courier booking partner service we use. In that case refund will be offered on case to case basis.
· In case of transit damage – we ensure the packages are safely packed, in rare scenarios, we offer refund for the damaged product.
Free shipping for all prepaid orders within India. Shipping charges/Cash-handling charge of ₹125 is applicable for all COD orders within India.
Customers are requested to fill the complete delivery address along with pin code and proper selection of the STATE the delivery address belongs to.
3. International Shipping:
· All Paid Orders will be processed within 24-48 working hours.
· Any additional shipping Cost will be communicated prior to shipping and shall be borne by the customer.
· Delivery Date is subjective and customers are asked to get a tentative date of delivery at the time of purchase

We collect only the shipping charges. Any clearance, duty or taxes levied is to be borne by the customer.
· Any interior location additional delivery charge levied by the courier company is to be borne by the customer.

4. Order Tracking
· Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
· You can track your order on our website or through the carrier's website.
5. Shipping Partners
For most products, our preferred delivery partners are Blue Dart, Expressbees, Indiapost and some other trusted agencies known for their reliable services.
6. Shipping Delays
· Shipping times may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, customs processing (for international orders), or unforeseen events.
· If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact us at support@gemofu.com.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
· We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as “Delivered”. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier or reach out to us for assistance.
8. Payments:
· Currently our website service is available for both domestic & International customers.
· Indian Customers can pay using UPI / Credit / Debit Cards / NetBanking during check out.
· International Customers can pay through Paypal or Bank Transfer.
· Currently we take International Payment via Bank Transfer only, in Dollars to our Indian Bank Account.
9. Returns Due to Shipping Issues
· If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 1 day with photos of the damage.
· For incorrect or missing items, email us at support@gemofu.com so that we can resolve the issue.
